eh it happens. sadly enough to day. poor airframes work and even shittier plane captians work for not noticing the missing panel screws. i hope whoever signed off on the work performed there as complete and the plane captain who signed off as the bird was ready to fly both lost their quals from that one. i know i would have in my shop....
