As far as I'm concerned Nikki was the victim of assault. She said that she wanted the shooting stop and it didn't happen. Until something comes out prove otherwise I stand with her.

I think she is laying low because of the court case because her lawyers told her to kept it private until after the case. She been tweet less since the whole brazzer things, and haven't tweet anything on AVN since she wasn't there last week

If her lawyer is even halfway competent he has advised her to immediately stop talking about this in public (unless it's a formal statement that she's cleared with him beforehand) until the case is resolved. There's a common misconception that an accuser suddenly going silent about the incident is an indication that they are lying - not true at all. It's what you're supposed to do, legally speaking. People can and do totally fuck themselves in court if they say the wrong thing publically while a case is in process. All your tweets, texts, interviews, etc. about a case can be admitted as evidence at trial, and the other guy's lawyers are trained to parse every little thing you say to find discrepancies, misstatements, or anything else they can use to undermine your credibility or get the case dismissed on some technical grounds. Even the smallest mistake can potentially blow your case.
Frankly, Nikki was really stupid to make these accusations the way she did by going on a tweet-storm and posting screen caps of text messages between industry people regarding the incident. Even if she's telling the truth, this was a foolish move that only hurts her in the long run. You gotta handle this shit through the proper channels and clear everything you say and do with a lawyer first.

Many girls in the industry have complan about him in the past, and Brazzer didn't do anything about it. Shawna Lenee, Tasha Reign ,and other had many complan on him. I don't understand why the inustry allow this to happen but I guess they don't care about it all about money in all. Also Ramon Nomar who did the scene with her is also filed a lawsuit again her, he is a well know name in the industry but since this happen he been getting less work as of late. There some fans on Twitter already calling a boycott of Brazzer for this, I don't think so because Mindgreek own them and they have money and the pwoer of the industy. If Nikki loses this case will she be blacklisted and will this also end her porn career?
A lesser-known girl might see her career end over this, but not Nikki. She's the biggest star in the industry right now and has a huge fan following. There's plenty of studios that will continue shooting her after this controversy dies down.
After this case is over will Tony T be allow back in the industry, I have to say no because after all the complan from the girls in the industry he won't get a directing job at any porn company.
