I just want to draw everyones attention to a thing we have on this board called the SEARCH button. It's an amazing thing really and lets you search the board for things that may have already been posted.

Its quite simple really, if you know the name of the babe you want then do a search so we dont have to have another thread started of her. You will more than likely find what you are looking for. I dont want to see any more new Krystal Steal, Jenna Jameson, Tera Patrick, Lannie Barbie, Nikki Nova, Gauge, Sophie Sweet etc threads started as there are already plenty of them. If I come across another one I will probably just delete it so if your thread just disappears then thats why.

Anyway rant over, I know I'm not the only person getting annoyed by this so please use your brain and use the SEARCH button. It's in the top right hand corner of every page on the forum.

Let me add a few other helpful hints:

1. The search function isn't just good for babe names; you can use it for anything. If you want to look for pics of babes in bikinis, for example, try doing a search on "bikinis" before you start a new thread.

2. If you attach a picture to your post, it won't show up until the moderators approve it (see the copyright post at the top of the forum). Until then, nobody can ID your babe. But if you include a link in your post, then people can look at the link and start trying to ID immediately. So include a link whenever you can. (Plus, if other people think the babe is hot, they'll appreciate having the link.)

3. Speaking of linking, don't link to individual pictures. Link to galleries instead. This is because a lot of websites won't serve up pictures unless you've already been to the gallery. Besides, like I said above, some people will probably want the whole gallery.

4. When you're asking for help, make the title of your post describe what you're looking for. "Help!" is a bad title. "Help! Need ID!" is pretty bad too. "Help! Need ID on this blonde teen!" is much better.

5. Like thfcmad said, don't start a new thread on a babe if there's already a thread. Just add your post to the existing thread, and it will come back to the top of the forum, and keep all the posts about that babe in one place.

6. Be patient. There's a good chance you won't get your question answered immediately, so don't get frustrated. If you go a day or so without getting an answer, you can "bump" your thread back to the top of the forum by making another post. Do not make another thread asking the same question! Also, please don't bump more than two or three times. (But feel free to come back in a month or so and bump your question again; maybe someone will have discovered your babe.)


Have fun. Just remember that a lot of people read this board, with more joining every day, so we all need to do our part to keep the board from getting cluttered up.

Actually, I don't know about that. The title of the forum is "Find your Favorite Babe". Seems to me that could mean that you know her name or you don't. Maybe the mods can clear this up for us.

But if you're going to post about a girl you know the name of, you should definitely do a search and add to an existing thread if there is one.

To be honest the pair of you are making this far more complicated than it needs to be. My post completely sums up what i wanted to say and your posts are making this more confusing. Yes this forum is for finding babes so if you dont know who someone is then post them. If you know the name then search. Its 99.9% lkely there is already a thread about her. If after you have searched and you still cant find any threads about her then it is OK to make a thread about someone to ask for links.

If you have any more questions PM me otherwise this is going to get confusing for people.

It's like, SO WHAT?! This is a place to find and ID babes, not hear about every new photoset from every popular chick on every website. lol

Seems to me that I had a Sticky about this subject, along with a message to new and older members not to use the image option to post pics. Someone took my Sticky down a while ago. I have been away a while, and can see that people are still using the image option to post pics.

The good point of the search code at freeones is we do not have a character limit like other forums i am in... The character limit is the worst thing in a search... Specially when you are looking for the name of the girl that has only 3 letters... like Eve... Good job Freeones!!! :hatsoff:

It doesnt take a professional web-surfer to find a search button pal. Its really rather easy if you think about it. I'm sure you dont want me to 'insult' your intelligence by going over it, but its like this...

> See Search button.
> Click Search button.
> Type in what you want to search for.
> Press Search (or whatever).
> Get responses.
> Bingo. Search through any available matches.

Everytime I go on a 'new' forum I use the search function to see if what I want has been posted already. I would say it is common courtesy, but then maybe not everyone has the same level of good manners (not to mention common sense) that I possess? Anyway theres a beginners guide to the literal minefield of searching...
