need some computer help...

well the problem is that theres this site that just wont get deleted from the address bar. ive tried delleting it from the history but it wont delete. ive tried internet options and clearing the history but when i type Premium Link Upgrade ... it drops down and says the address. can anyone help me with this problem? its just that my lil ******* uses the same computer and the website...lol umm lets say its not for little ****. oh and another thing when i go to that adress it lets me delete the history file but when i close the window down and open a new one its still there. i ran adware and all that anti spyware stuff but they found nothing... any help? thanks
