The first one is probably the most easy to identify the scene/babes.
The second one, is a longshot...and if anybody knows where the third scene is from, given only that little clue of shoes in a toilet cubicle...well, then you are a frickin' genius.
I didn't bother with the fourth. Seriously, 440kb per image?
