Looking for IDs here first and foremost but if that's not possible then at least some links to some more material besides this; with particular refence to the last 3 pics as those the ones I have the least confidence in obtaining IDs for. The last 2 pics may well just be unknown amateur pics.

Pic 2/5 - definitely recognize her but the name escapes me!

#2 (side-on blonde) is the one that's driving me somewhat crazy because I "totes" recognize her, so hopefully someone else does too and can actually put a name to the face. Image tools not proving particularly useful given the nature of the image.
