All I could find on #2 is "Nikki from Florida" so that is either a red herring or means its an amateur with relatively little material out there.
#4 is from Mean Amazon Bitches and #5 from *************** but I don't know what their names are.
I'm sure I've seen #1 somewhere before also. Can't think of a name.
