Found this on an image hosting site....no context, no source (watermark is the site I found it on). Any idea whats going on, what the event is, who the girl is?

You may not find your girl then again you might but Evil Angel (under the Buttman studio), Nebraska Coeds and Dreamgirls put out extensive video footage of the nudes a poppin event yearly. Buttman at Nudes a poppin started at least in the mid to late 90's. I have not checked to see if he is still doing them but I think as far as I am aware he went into the mid 00's The other sites came along later with more 2000's content. Buttmans stuff if you can find it is fantastic.
