Saw this picture on an imageboard awhile back.

I went to Pix&Video to try and find her name but they only allow one page of viewing samples, so I wasn't able to search really well.

If anybody knows who it is, i'd really appreciate it. I realize it's a fairly obscure pic, but I'm hoping the tattoo'll make it easier.
