I would give tremendous long term tax cuts to start up businesses and industries that remain in America and hire American workers.
As I view the current package, we are almost doubling the amount of welfare, giving tax refunds to people who pay absolutely no taxes, and are encouraging people who make no contributions to the system remain dependent on it. This isn't stimulus, its propigation of the welfare state.
