I can definitively speak for this one. The Majestic Star Casino is a shithole. I have stayed at the hotel (not by choice) twice a year and it's crap. One entire wing was closed 2 years ago. The rest of the place remains a dump with a surly, half-assed staff. The casino itself has been dying from mismanagement and neglect for years too. If you don't have a decent hotel room, you might as well gamble at the Horseshoe-Hammond, which is what everyone does. Seriously. I've walked downstairs from the Venue, where we hold our poker tournaments, on a Tuesday morning at 2:30 AM and the place is jam packed, because the only other alternatives are Majestic Star and Ameristar. Both suck ass and are considered a joke. The food at MS is really bad too. I mean, keep an open path to the bathroom, bad. Their poker room has been dying, dying, dying since 2008 (my first year there) and walking around the place has shown an increasingly empty space.

If this is a dig at Obama, swing and a miss. And if the rest of your "examples" are as provably wrong as this one, and I'm sure they are, you might as well give up and go back to posing with your guns in the mirror.

I have to also say that the ongoing (years now) closure of Cline Avenue has to have hurt them too. It's a major access route. The local government hasn't ponied up the money to get it fixed. Something to keep in mind when Obama said, "You didn't build that."

Sam, I think you need a landslide timeout.
