Mofos - Videos Downloadable?

I see a sale for $39.99 for a year subscription for Mofos which I'm considering, but only if you can download videos without having to buy an additional VIP pass or something like Twistys. Does anyone know if there are additional fees before I can download or is the upfront cost all I have to cover?
