I doubt it's going to happen, but when this is all over could FreeOnes release some of the statistics of the voting happened during the contest...

Sorry for shortening your quote, but since I have a few to answer here it had to be wacked. But here's some answers to your points:

- I'll see what I can do about posting some stats after the contest.

- Once again, this isn't a FreeOnes board only contest. This is a contest for ALL girls that appear on FreeOnes no matter how active they are as an OCSM or not at all. Some girls will be able to slide along and stay in all 3 rounds based on their popularity alone, some are relying on their massive fan base they've managed to generate over the years through their marketing techniques, and some are relying on FreeOnes members only.

The fact is, a lot more girls who aren't as widely known as say Bree Olson or Lisa Ann are in the top 50 vs. last year.

- As for definitions, there's some people who won't be happy no matter what the qualifications are.

- As far as the OCSM category, again, no matter what was done with it people would disagree on how it was done. Is an OCSM that posts 1,000 posts with only a link to her site and a pictue better than an OCSM who has been on the board only a short time, makes an effort to answer fans questions but can only post 1x a week or less because of her busy schedule and therefore only has 100 posts? Or is an OCSM that has 500 posts and posts in regular threads not about her in Talk any better than an OCSM who has loyally posted in her thread in Favorite Babe every couple of days for the past 2 years.

Everyone has a different definition of "participation" so we can't make it so strict only 20 of the 400+ OCSMs on this board make it into the category. That's not fair either.

And limiting voting for the category to only people with accounts may be something we can do next time, but it's pointless if we limit it to only the 25 people on the board that actually has an opinion about it.

I agree with you. There needs to be a lot more restrictions in the Cam Girl, Euro, best official site and OCSM contest. A lot of the ladies in the cam girl contest only do shows for their members area, that is not a cam girl. A cam girl is a lady who makes a least half of her income from doing cam shows.

The best official site should be a members website. I saw a couple of people with basically a blog in that category and sites that have not been updated in months. There needs to be specific standards on what an official site is.

The problem with letting non board members vote on the OCSM category, is that they have no clue who is active on this site. They just vote for who they like. Half the people in the top 25 are not very active on here at all. They need to put a post count or something on the OCSM contest for next year. :2 cents:

- The problem with putting even more restrictions on certain categories is it then becomes almost impossible to prove or limits the category to only 15 girls. That's not fair either.

- And the problem with letting only board members vote is you still have 300,000 plus members who may or may not know who is active or not voting. Like I said before, we can't limit it to only the 25 members that voice their opinions regularly.

@ Deauxma : sure it does, but @Petra just explained to my question that it is not possible no more for the programmer to install a counter like this .

Well, so *how* is freeones counting the votes ?

Otherwise : ebay itself has worldwide about 300 million members, if you sell any kind of item there, you can clearly see ( by a counter ) how often your item has being *clicked* ...so there are 300 million counters, ....not 400 . :dunno:

Putting a counter up for each girl is kind of pointless since we have the weighted votes. A girl can get 1,000 anonymous votes but a girl that gets 500 myFreeOnes votes from a newly registered member (remember anon only count for .25 of a vote and a newly registered member is 1 vote) will still have 250 more votes than the other girl in reality.

And all votes ARE being counted. It's just that a vote from a logged in user will count for MORE. The reminder at the top of the "thanks for voting page" is just that, a reminder to log on or create an account if a person is anonymous. If you're logged in, ignore it.

If I had one wish for Petra to consider for next year, it would be that there be a thread that lets us track which ladies have their own threads... I confess, I hadn't seen Janessa was threading elsewhere, and she'd dropped off my list last week. And I'm sure i've missed others, so ladies, i apologize. BUT, Chica, Karen Kougar, Spexy Ashleigh, Giselle, Carmen Valentina, Mariah Milano, Francesca Le, Sabrina Deep, Bobbi Eden... omfg, if I was to be able to vote for everyone i'd have to have 3 times to vote each day.
