If I remember right Nina finished in the top 5...I wouldn't call that unappreciated.

You have to go into this contest with a realistic outlook. We know where we stand in this business. I won't win because for one as a porn star I don't shoot often enough, two I don't do enough cam shows and three I have a big mouth and voice my opinions. But I have a lot of site members and almost 50k followers on Twitter and maintain a presence on the board year round. It's like a smaller-market sports team. You have to have reasonable expectations going in, and anything above and beyond is bonus. If you're the Pirates you cannot really expect to compete with the Yankees but you can exceed expectations and make it interesting.

The most important point I want to make is that the actual Freeones member votes account for a very small %. The votes are fueled by twitter, websites, facebook and other sources therefore you have girls with hardly any interaction on Freeones at all in the running.

I've enjoyed watching many of your movies MM over the years and not once have I seen you kiss anyone full on the lips. Why is that? Are you scared you gonna catch something?

bottom line.Campaing,Vote for your ladies,have fun,but just because things don´t go your way,don´t become a cry baby about it!

One more things to the ladies that wont make it this year.

Last year Miss Hybrid was almost in last at the beggining.Someone even posted,that voting for her would be a lost of time,cause she ´d never make it.Well she made it to the final stage and ended on top-20!
This year she is on top-10 and fighting for victory.
So,may this contest be a new beggining to all of you and not the end.Look at miss hybrid example and attitude.One day the sun will shine for you girls too...just keep it going.

I have to agree with everything Tia Ling has said. The bottom line is that if the girls that make a strong effort here see non-participants getting rewarded instead of them, they will have little reason to get involved in the future. Has no one noticed that 3 of the most active girls from last year - Nina Mercedez, Lisa Sparxxx and Rebecca Jessop have opted not to campaign hard this year after their strong efforts last year went unappreciated by so many idiots?

Tia Ling deserves a lot more support than she has received. She was among the top ten most active last year and has been even more active this year. If she chooses to sit out next year, who could blame her? We will be the real losers if she does.

all good points Mariah. I wouldn't win for all those reasons , as well but I do what I can given my situation (living in Ohio, etc. ) and def agree that alot of the votes are fueled by twitter and social networking.
