This is a german AD promoted by Michael Stich to disseminate AIDS awareness. The campaing was realeased in 2006 and, as usual, some idiotic murderous motherfuckers complained about it being "porn" (they prefer death to porn. so logical). The agency that shot it was german's Jung von Matt, blah blah blah.
