Media Player Issue/help needed

for some reason my laptop (all of a sudden it has never done this before)
now downloads any movies i click on instead of just normally playing in the windows media player like it has always done before about 10 minutes ago.
any idea how to change it back to just playing in the media player without downloading?

this thread can be deleted by any MODS ... i think my issue was with just one video because after posting the original question i tried it again and it worked normal... maybe just a fluke?
