The secret ingredient? MY BALLS
When it comes to dealing with ********* obesity, the Christmas holiday period may not be a good time for parents to lead by example.

But a summit on ********* obesity in Sydney will today be told that educating parents is vital in helping ******** reduce weight.

However, in a controversial move that may leave some families scratching their heads, dietitians and the Federal Health Minister have welcomed fast food chain McDonald's participation in the summit.

Susie Burrell from the Westmead ********'s Hospital in Sydney told AM she has no concerns.

"It's important that all key stakeholders, whether it's industry, whether it's health professionals, whether it's public health, come together and map out some changes," she said.

"And companies like McDonald's, like Coca-Cola, are in a very powerful position and we need to work with them. So I'm thrilled to have the opportunity."

She says it is not a strange decision, even though she would recommend that ******** do not ***** Coca-Cola.

"I think Coca-Cola are looking for other opportunities with their other beverages," she said.

"They don't just make Coca-Cola, they make a huge range of non-sugar soft drinks as well, and have a huge potential to actually provide more of those more preferable options."

I know she is just lobbying, but she actually makes a really good point there. Companies like Coca-Cola and Pepsi don't just make unhealthy sodas. They offer a variety of other, "healthier", choices. I just think it's kind of funny how we, as consumers, are almost pre-programmed to automatically think poorly of a company and it's products, when the reality is that we don't even know about most of the products that they offer.
