Yesterday, Sen. Al Franken (D-MN), acting on the orders of the Senate leadership, refused to grant Sen. Joe Lieberman (I-CT) “an additional moment” to continue speaking on the Senate floor after his 10 minutes expired. McCain got a little cantankerous over the matter and now it looks like someone's a hypocrite...

I thought that was pretty funny when I first heard about it. His memory seems to be getting worse with old age.

I'm not all anti-Mccain, but he can be an asshole in Senate, a few examples:

He told Senator Cornyn “F-ck you”
Told Senator Grassley “I’m calling you a f–king jerk”
Told Senator Domenici, “Only an a**hole would put together a budget like this.”
