Marvel and W-A-Y unrealistic movie scenes ..

Okay - I finally got around to Redboxing "Black Panther." Yes, it was a good movie. BUT - the scene where Claus (aka Limbani) blasts Black Panther with a Vibranium blaster, and is has N-O effect on him?! After basically disintegrating a Vibranium Lexus coupe??? :-o

I've been .. compartmentalizing another concern with a different Marvel movie. "Spiderman 3," the one with Sandman. There's a scene towards the end where Sandman is pummeling Spiderman, I think in a building. He pins Spiderman against a cast iron pipe, and punches him against it with a full round-house. Uh, that is hundred of pounds of sand, against a cast-iron pipe, and he would have exploded like a fly being hit by a fly-swatter. Again - no discernible damage.

And - yes, I know they are "comic book movies." But when movies defy logic (Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation, where a trained assassin misses Tom Cruise by firing a *** multiple times escaping down a jail corridor roughly 8' wide), I'm NOT a fan..

Who cares if you're not a fan to one of the greatest movie franchise in existence, dipshit!

and for the record, Black Panther was a stupid fucking movie. He has been around since the sixties, yet african-americans act as if he was some new superhero. Apparently black folks dont read comic books (or read anything at that) to know that Black Panther existed before the movie. Plus, Spiderman 3 was not a Marvel movie. It's a Sony film, so bitch to them.

I think you're missing the point of a Marvel movie.

There are probably a lot problems, plot holes and down right dumbass things in Marvel movies. But you don't go to watch them expecting Schindlers List quality.

You go to a Marvel movie to watch **** blow up and the bad guys get the crap beaten out of them.

Of course it is "unrealistic". But the stories and writing makes them all explainable at some point. I never questioned why a surgeon becomes a wizard or a super soldier can survive 80 years in deep ice.
