It's actually easy to do when you get the timing right. Once you feel the orgasm builds up go very slow, maybe just stroke with one finger on your frenulum. When you feel like cumming stop any movement. The cum should flow out slowly when you stop early enough, but your dick will stay erect. Wait a few seconds, then start again slowly. I have been "Frustrating" rob's orgasms for many years...
