[SOLVED] Mainstream Movie and Women IDs

A guy posted a Celebrity upskirt video on youtube with a bunch of movie clips in it of upskirts or women in panties. I could ID most of them through the comments or just general movie knowledge. There is one I cannot ID though and it has been driving me crazy. clip starts at 2:23 in the link below and I have attached some screenshots but they maybe a touch blurry. All the girls are wearing plaid skirts and tops and remove the skirts showing their undies. The Asian girl in the middle is who I am trying to identify.

Thanks a ton. I was fairly certain the movie was around the 99-01 year range just by looking at it and had seen the girl before but could not place it.
