ok, this the scene in this movie.

this is taken with hand held camera, the girl (nikki) in the bathroom is waring makeup, she is wearing nice two piece. The guy (nikki friend's boyfriend) walks in and see nikki, they talk about random stuff then the girl tell the guy that she is not good at deep throating. So the guy volunteer to teach her how to do it and they go on while the girl thanking him for teaching her.
