I'm trying to find a "pre-purge" Dailymotion video: here's what I remember:
A brunette woman from Australia vlogs in her room about her experience doing hot yoga. She talks on her bed for a while setting the scene, then says she will demonstrate the movies she learned.
I remember the girl began the video introducing herself with an 'M' name like Morgan. I also remember her using the phrase "I need to get a little bit naked" before she took off her clothes. This M-something may have had a New Zealand accent instead...? I also remember she wore white jeans and said that the jeans were one of the reasons she needed to get naked.
The video was maybe 10-ish minutes and she spoke about her hot yoga class for a while before she stripped. I want to say there was a cameraman, but it was a very amateur video in a room with minimal cuts, if any.
As she went through the moves, she tried her best to remember the names and transitions of each one. She had a very natural physique and was flexible, but not a contortionist.
It was a light affair that I thought would be easy enough to track down on some naked/nude yoga site. Unfortunately, all the resources I've found cater to much more explicit yoga content.
