looking for an ID from an old redlight.com scene

Think this scene goes back to the late 90's, maybe early 2000's. Think the guy is Peter North, not sure of the woman. The chick I'm really interested
in is just out of view to the left, but every clip I've seen of this scene has been just this little fragment.

Anyone know the name of the movie or of the woman? Would give me something to go on.
