Logic Puzzles

i love logic puzzles. share yours.
and please, if you have heard them before, do not answer them, you will only seem like a jackass.

heres a couple to start.

(1) a woman lives on the twentieth floor of her apartment building. when she gets in the elevator to go to her room, she only travels up to the 7th floor, where she gets off and climbs the stairs to her room. there are two exceptions. when it is raining, she rides the elevator all the way up to the twentieth floor. and when there are other people in the elevator, then too does she ride all the way up. why does the woman only go to the 7th floor? and why on rainy days or with other people does she go all the way up?

(2) two men are found lying next to each other, one dead and one alive. beside each is a package. the package next to the living man is empty and the package next to the dead man is full. how did this man die and what was/is in the packages?

finally, the hardest.

a man dies and is walking down a path that forks into two separate paths, one leading to heaven and one leading to hell. he does not know which path leads where. at the fork are two gate keepers, identical twin brothers. one of these brothers always lies, giving the answer opposite of the truth, and one of the brothers always tells the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. the man does not know which ******* lies and which tells the truth. assuming he wants to go to heaven, what ONE question will he ask the brothers to find his way?
