Log in problems

Every now and then when I try to log in im greeted by this lovely message

That message means you've done the wrong user name or password. What's your user name?

Its johnjjjohn with 4 J in total instead of the 5 above. Now it worked but funny thing is, that I dont type in username and password - I just select the name on the log in and normally it works. but from time to time ... it doesnt

Looks like you got it now. I am getting word that there was a glitch in the login, but it should be OK now. If its still happening, let us know!

Yeah... I already mailed it to the team... but I'm having the same problems (inluding the same message) for about a week now, too.
One day I'm blocked (like yesterday and this morning), and the other day (like right now) I'm fine... it goes on and off for about 6 or 7 days now.

Still the same glitch?

I've been getting this too. This is why i like to stay logged in and not close my browser as once i log out, i have to wait till i get in

Our apologies for the issue(s). The way our infrastructure works between multiple data centers was changed last week so this triggered some problems with logging into the board. We had to play wack a mole but that mole should be dead and buried now.
