Police may all do the same thing. It is difficult to say, except he was doing what he was trained to do apparently. So, in his mind, he is doing the right thing.

He does just haul out his gun, but that seems to be the case these days. Police get angry I guess. Maybe a too angry too quickly.

I will say this much though - I don't feel safer knowing these cops are around.

Hello Sexy girl how your Toes doing?
Again another story of police using excessive force. was the kill justified or not? :dunno: but from the sounds of the article.

Trooper Nassan has some type of propensity for violence and shooting a person in the back raises allot of questions in itself. :yesyes:

The officer was supposed to halt or suspend pursuit. so everything that happened afterwords can be construed as insubordination, and I would imagine trooper Nassans failure to comply too or follow a direct order would more than likely be a very scrutinized issue in this case.

Top state police officials are also named as defendants for allegedly not acting on their knowledge of what the lawsuit describes as Nassan's "history of violent propensities" -- both in the military and on the police force.

What exactly about the military is NON-violent? :dunno:

Seriously. These guys are trained to be violent, and efficient at being such. Then, when they do what they're trained and told to do, they get tossed in jail or sued beyond their means. No wonder cops are crooked......
