I think an overwhelming majority of stars are sweet. Some men just take advantage of that to a point where it becomes an issue of their safety or setting a precedent that other men will also assume is allowable. And even when not, the approach men make has a lot to do with how a starlet reacts -- she's just trying to provide entertainment. So if she's an alleged "slut" and a "bitch," it's really something a man suggested in his approach that resulted in such, as part of the entertainment and not so much her personally.
The key to seeing a lady is to treat her like such off-the-bat. The handful of pornstars I've met in person have always reacted in full grace when I (among others) have treated them like such. As many people hear have heard me say, I fancy professional models and pornstars and virtually have no interest the majority of celebrity women. When I have the opportunity, I consider most models and pornstars as the most beautiful women on the planet, and it is appreciated.
Long ago, in college, I once caught a lesser-known amatuer starlet in a public setting (didn't know her last name as she didn't use it). I referred to her in front of others as a famous and beautiful model, not a starlet, because to me -- she was a beautiful woman. Besides, some people just seem to "throw a judgement lever" instead of taking people as they are. It's one of the great ironies in the Christian Gospel itself that most right-wing Christians don't follow -- to simply use the Golden Rules to everyone and not apply judgement regardless of what someone might do.
