I LIKE TOFU!!!!

You would too if you put bits of it in your chicken noodle soup.

From Wikipedia:

"The FDA granted this health claim for soy: "25 grams of soy protein a day, as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart disease."[24] For instance, 100 grams of firm tofu contains 15.78 grams of soy protein.[25] In January 2006, an American Heart Association review (in the journal Circulation) of a decade-long study of soy protein benefits showed only a minimal decrease in cholesterol levels, but it compared favorably against ****** protein sources.[26]"

"In the West Pre-flavored tofu from Albert Heijn supermarket chain, the Netherlands Tofu was not well known to most Westerners before the middle of the 20th century. With increased cultural contact and an interest in vegetarianism, tofu has become almost universally known in the west. However, due largely to ongoing attempts to use tofu as a substitute for traditional western meat-foods, with imperfect success, it is often regarded as unappetizing, and is often the butt of jokes, much like the product Spam. This is not to say that there are not significant numbers of westerners with a taste for tofu, though. For example, several types of preflavored tofu are sold at major supermarket chains, such as Albert Heijn in the Netherlands. Grocery stores in urban areas of the United States generally stock many varieties of tofu as well."

Lol, nice. I will never eat tofu.

I find soy to actually be a pretty substandard source of protein myself. I would never choose it over something like whey, milk, eggs, other dairy products, or just good old chicken and fish. Pretty much all of them have are complete sources of protein.

yea, I wouldn't either.

My protein comes from meats and cottage cheese.

Wow, I shouldn't post while tired. I really butchered the grammar in that post. It should be "all of them are more complete".

Well, anyone willing to announce their love of tofu on their license plates should not only be denied the right to do so, but should be psychiatrically evaluated. Tofu is like that **** that collects on your teeth when you ******** ***** and don't brush before going to *****. :pukey:
