Sure. And it could mean different things in each case. One could Kiss his sister and it would be (hopefully) just a sign of affection. One might Kiss a girlfriend and it might be a sign of affection... and also sexual. One might get Kissed by a girlfriend's sister and it was probably just the alcohol talking.
