what do you think about that? would you have children if you would work in the business? and how would you deal with it if you'd have found out that your parents work in the business?

whoooooooooooooooa hang on a minute there... i dont condem theyre proffesion at all. i am over 18, i make my choices and i choose to be exposed to porn, if i was a 5 year old kid going through nursery school and theres a risk i could be exposed to it thats a little different isnt it?

Yes. It's always "about the children".

5 year old kids shouldn't be exposed to porn - whether the parent is a porn star or not. This is called "parental responsibility".

I think Cytherea is pregnant - I don't know if she's delivered it yet. I know Belladonna has a child - she did a few pregnant scenes. Other than those two, I don't know of anyone else. I don't think porn stars should be denied the right to have children, just because of their profession. However, I don't think children should be exposed to it at a young age. Eventually you're going to have to tell them, at least before their friends (or boyfriends) start recognizing you.

I feel bad for the girl whose mother is a porn star. Imagine bringing any guy home...that would be a horrible blow to your self-esteem to know that he's probably going to go home and jerk it to pics of your mom. Although it could be equally as traumatizing for a guy. If one day you find your mom's pics or vids online - that would suck too. I can't even fathom my parents in the porn business, so I have no idea how I would feel. Depends a lot on whether or not they were still active in the industry - there's a big difference between starring in the movies and having your own company.

Asia Carrera (one of the best known Asian pornstars in the business) has two children that she's quite proud of ... as a matter of fact.

I think she's set a fine example for her children, to be honest. She's a member of Mensa, graduated school at an early age (well ahead of most of her contemporaries), and has gone on to become a very successful female entrepreneur who appears to worship her children and thinks of nothing but their welfare and livelihood.

I might ask this of you, too ... who are YOU to judge the standards of what makes a "good" parent??? Why bash a select group of individuals (chiefly female pornstars) based upon their occupation? I've encountered women AND men who have come from the finest professions and walks of life who treat their children like shit and who should not be parents.

I seen a show on tv a while back with nina mercedez and her family. if im right i believe she said she doesn't want her kids to go down the same path so she tries to keep her profession as far away from them as possible. and i think the husband is ok with that and may have stared in a video or two with her. my point is the guy who started this thread asked what peoples thoughts were about pornstars having children so i gave my opinion, and thats what it is... my opinion and i believe most people here have one. if you dont like my opinion you can always write to the samaritans.

Kaylan Nicole has two kids and I believe lives happily in the suburbs.

If a pornstar has kids, it doesn't mean that their parenting skills are lacking, people are people how they raise their kids are up to them, their chosen profession shouldn't enter the equation.
