Just picked up a PS3 from a friend last night

Can anyone recommend some good games? It came with Resident Evil and Diablo which seem pretty bad ass. Need a nerd to help be build up some games. I like war and adventure type of ****.

Ty, checking out reviews and prices right now. Kinda leaning toward "The last of us" at the moment. Seems like a good plot but I'll check them all out. Loved the GTA'S on the PS2 so that might be a defo purchase.

Red Dead Redemption is a kinda GTA-Like "western style" one of the very best game i have played even if i'm not a western fan and the Undead Nightmare DLC is awesome! and yes you have to ***** zombies! :thumbsup:

^^ If you meant God of War 'Ascension', then yes. Personally, I thought it was a bit of a let down compared to the others, but it's still God of War and pwning everything with your "Plume of Prometheus" etc is always fun..

Bioshock, Bioshock Infinite (you can skip the 2nd one), and if you're into story, then an unknown and highly underrated game called Spec Ops: The Line. It's hard to find but one of the best story experiences I've had with gaming on that system. Gameplay is kinda generic though.

Mass Effect trilogy is my favorite and imo, the best series of last generation.

Besides Ascension and God of War 3, you can also get God of War Chains of Olympus and God of War Ghost of Sparta on the PS3.
They were ported from the PS-Portable I believe. Chains of Olympus is pretty ordinary, graphically and game wise imo, but Ghost of Sparta was very good.

Thanks, love FPS shooter games. I got those games I listed yesterday and haven't even loaded them yet. I'm still playing Resident Evil 5(came with the system as well as Diablo) Rez Evil 5 is bad ass!!!

I will defo check out Far Cry 3
