People, don't think that just because this guy just got out of jail it's OK to flame him. According to the DA, he's paid his debt to society (or is in the process of doing so), and part of his sentence wasn't to get harassed on a porn forum. Has he ever harmed you personally? If he has, take it up with him in person, not on the board. On the board he's another member, just like you, and the rules apply to him just as much as they apply to you. Please keep it civil.

Besides, he came on here, seemingly bragging about beating the (broken) judicial system and getting off on a lesser system. Kind of like O.J. Simpson did. Yet, because O.J. Simpson, as far as we know, is not on this board we make fun of him. Along with celebrities, porn stars, random images in the funny section. Yet, when there is direct statements about getting out of trouble, we have to leave it be.
Frankly, this is one of those foot in the mouth threads that should have been kept in the memory bank, not internet history bank. Now, next time, if this should happen again, it can come back and bite him in the ass somehow.
Same goes to Mr. BangBros is Suing Me Guy's thread. What is it with people lately putting out in the open their legal troubles knowing, possibly knowing, it can come back and bite them in the ass one day?

It would have sounded more badass if you'd escaped from jail leaving a trail of destruction on the freeway behind you as well as the charred bodies of several state troopers. And as you started this Freeones thread in an internet cafe (u killed the owner with a brick no less) the Terror Code goes up to orange in your honour whilst several thousand marines (and Dog The Bounty Hunter) home in on your location.
Agree with PlasmaTwa2, it's hard to respect anyone who uses a brick to beat someone up. Hopefully your near miss of lengthy prison time will cause you to avoid putting yourself in stupid situations in the future.

Hey, we don't know all of the circumstances involved, maybe lethal was jumped from behind and in the process, the only thing in his reach to sufficiently defend himself was a brick, :dunno: I'd da picked up the brick if I felt that, in doing so would enhance my ability to defeat an attacker, jail time assigned or otherwise. :hatsoff:

is that how it works in the UK? county is shitty. you have to go to either state or federal prison to get the fun stuff.
In just reading through his post that is highly unlikely, even his own attorney felt he was going to get 3 years. The situation you described sounds more like a case of self-defense. The only reason he didn't get serious time is because they couldn't prove he used the brick, that is very telling in my opinion.
Also in the tone of his posts, it doesn't sound like a guy that got jumped from behind, it sounds like a guy looking for trouble.
