just a thought about male pornstars

I was watching that HBO special on the porn industry and the female stars where talking about male pornstars and how it takes the ability to "pop" on queue, get a hard on at any second and also sustain it so it made me think if thats what it takes to be a male pornstar why are there so many old guys doing it and not more younger guys?
