I've followed this site since it came out and have because its a cool niche, become a member, they used to offer full trial membership, and they do not anymore. So if you buy the trial membership you will
not be able to download the files. Shame, but I am guessing it's because you could probably download all the content in one day. Which makes resubscription pointless. Although there are updates, not enough for monthy membership, perhaps every year or 6 months if there is a shoot you really want to watch.
I've also had a few snags with billing and service. Today I opted for trial membership just to see if it was limited access. Then I clicked a link thinking I was being taken to the site, but instead tried to upgrade my account, and got declined, but my trial membership went through. I contacted support and after what seemed ages, they logged me back in, I managed to download some movies, then I was logged out again and I was not granted access, I re-joined after their advice and then couldnt get in at all. Reset my cookies, restarted my computer and logged back in with my 2nd account which was limited access. The thing is the 1st account had full access but the support also changed my username, I contacted support 3 times, and should have written it down, but stupidly expected a confirmation email of my username being changed. I managed to retrieve it once again from the chat support but couldnt get in, and so reset my computer, I needed the username again so I contacted chat support who this time told me they couldnt obtain my username as "I was the only person allowed to change my username". This pissed me off by now as you can tell so I just cancelled both accounts and be done with it. Two movies for under $2 isnt too bad, but the service and simplicity was driving me up the wall.
This is not the only time, I had a problem during late 2009-early 2010 with the same site. I was sent many emails to offer me membership telling me to cancel my account and asking me about rebilling. I ignored most because I had cancelled that account. So I am looking at my credit card statement one day, and notice I have been billed every month for the past 3 months for a site I had not used (jurrasiccock.com) and had thought had been cancelled long ago. I stupidly thought those emails were just spam (who is to know with the crazy horse porn sent to me everyday I never ask for) I thought they were false offers. So I went ahead and cancelled it. In hindsight it probably wasnt entirely their fault, but the over spamming, the crazy amounts of advertising, makes it difficult at times to work out what exactly I have just paid for.

The niche is okay, some is a bit strange, and Ron Jeremy just ruins the whole older man thing for me. Its like calling Jill Kelly a milf. They are old pornstars but it just doesnt work for me.
