Judge has harsh words for ***

So... ******* someone to bend over... beating their bum in a most humiliating manner.... is going to get you... respect?!

*falls over laughing as off*

How fucking dumb can you get?! Since when do you get respect by *********** them?!

You may get fear... you may get compliance... but you do NOT get respect.

Beating **** to get them to do what you want is nothing but a huge failure as parent.

It's a form of conditioning, just like Pavlov’s Dog. Some people might not like it, but it's also probably one of if not the most effective one. Everybody understands pain, and even more so it's quick and sometimes one needs a quick strong disciplining solution for a *****. It's not really what I would consider real physical ***** either. It's not like they are actually beating them or making them fly across the room. Since it's important for ******** to listen to their parents for not only the parents' good but even more for the *****'s good sometimes it might have to be done. Sometimes having a ***** sit for hours in a corner or not get some toy or candy just doesn't cut it when it's very important and that one feels that the situation has gotten to a point that you mean business under no uncertain terms.

One gains respect in other ways than disciplining. I find it rare though that somebody doesn't respect their parents because they were given spankings as a ***. In fact I can't think of a single incidence of it myself among people I know. I can't anybody that has ever been bothered by it once they grew up.

I don't think it's a tool that should be used all the time or even very often myself or used ever used as a first resort except in extreme circumstances, but if I have ******** and I come to the point where I feel it has to be done for the *****'s own benefit, and the situation is important enough, I'm doing it.

I also think it's amusing more of the **** I knew growing up who had lax parents or had parents who just gave their **** time outs had a much higher rate of their ******** grow up to be gigantic assholes, not to mention lazy and undisciplined...and guess what, they also usually respected their parents a lot less than the others ****. Imagine that.

The real reason why we have so many problems in our society today has nothing to do with corporal punishment. What it stems from is the fact that today we have too many parents who try to be friends with their **** and have no discipline at all...they try to be co-equals and peers essentially. That clearly does not work. Hitting your ******** is not necessary to get the desired effects. You need to set rules at a young age and stick to them. Allowing the rules to be bent all the time sends the message that you're not serious. Like I already said, you need to be a parent with rules...not a beater, not a friend, and certainly not a peer. Friendly yes...co-equal friends...not hardly...but, that's what many try to do these days. When I'm out and about, I see **** out of control and the parents just sit there doing nothing. It's not to hard to figure out how that is going to turn out later in life. Ha ha ha!

Next they'll try and stop you spanking your own penis!
Since the OP, our resident cupcake, is relying on "biblical law" in advocating corporal punishment...I'm pretty sure "the good book" certainly does frown upon that practice!:1orglaugh

It's already happened Ike. Why just the other day I got a lecture while in mid-spank at the women's lingerie department of Sears. Long story short I'm not allowed to ever return there. Fascists!

"You don't spank ******** today," said Judge Jose Longoria. "In the old days, maybe we got spanked, but there was a different quarrel. You don't spank ********."

Ouch, harsh. I'm surprised that she didn't go hang herself after such a tongue lashing.

For the EMPEROR!!
All **** need a "clip over the ear" as my ****** would say, or a "good kick up the arse" as my ****** used to say, at one time or another. It doesn't mean you're a bad parent or you **** your ****. As long as it's not with a baseball bat or something like that. .. (Although I am tempted sometimes when I see some of these spoilt out of control brats).

Glorious attitude to keep against your ****: treating them like dogs.

Diciplining, yes... that is sometimes needed. Using beatings to diciplin however: no. If you feel you need that: seek help, for your and your ****' sake.

people not spanking their **** is why ******** today are so out of control. You have to spank your ****. It's the only effective way to teach them whats wrong.
Agree! :glugglug:

Also, credit the increased number of single parent households these days. We as a people have become such flakes..... you can thank those in the ranks of the modern progressive movement for breaking up the ****** unit increment by increment. (See goal 17 for instance), it's part of the Congressional Record 1963...

Who was *Albert S. Herlong Jr. you ask? A very wise and sensible Democratic party politician of his time, that's who.

It's funny how bible thumpers can't take the bible literally and make up their own rules when it is convenient for them.

As it turns out, most people (like probably 80 - 90 %) who subscribe to religion are hardly what I would refer to as ''bible thumpers'' who interpretet the bible precisely as it is written.
Maybe they're not as kooky as most atheists make them out to be.... after all, the chicks from the all girls catholic high school produced more sex on dates than those girls in my very public high school!

In their early developmental years the way they are conditioned are remarkably similar to the way most other higher life forms learn. Even using a different method with no physical contact it's still pretty much the same thing. ******** don't learn by magic. They need to be taught. People that give their **** "time outs" are basically doing the exact same thing you seem to object to here so I don't understand the logic of where you are coming from here. The only difference is that people that might spank their ******** have a different opinion on it's morality and effectiveness than those that don't.

After years and years ******** might start getting the ability to make decisions on more obscure and hard to grasp concepts like morality, or law and order (which you also have to teach them anyhow) but until then it's basically done by positive and negative reinforcement like it's done for other *******.

It could be argued that it's better to treat it like that if somebody does use physical punishment, because it's done out of an objective reason and is controlled and thought out instead of done out of anger like it could be otherwise.

I don't refer to just a regular Christian as a bible thumper, MOST Christians I know aren't like this, but this is actually the "definition", I guess.

Bible thumper is a pejorative term used to describe someone perceived as aggressively pushing their Christian beliefs upon those who do not share them
