Term limits are going to have to be enacted.

Just to be fair , those bolts are used to conduct the energy that is needed to get him up and moving each day.
Not really fair to make fun of him about it.

As far as Kerry running in 2020.
He has been a very good little puppet for the central banksters, the war profiteers and for the israel GOV.
A very very wealthy little puppet. He deserves a shot. Maybe they'll choose him at the next Bilderberg meeting.
