JFK Assassination - Lone Nut or Conspiracy?

I remember studying the assassination of John F. Kennedy at school and even though the text books touched on ideas of conspiracy, at the end of the day they clearly wanted me to believe that Lee Harvey Oswald was a nut and acted alone killing the President from the 6th floor window of the Texas Book Depository building.

I have recently been studying the events once again about what happened on Friday 22nd November 1963 and even though it is still all up in the air with even conspiracy theories having given birth to little baby conspiracy theories that you are left not knowing what the hell to think.

But there is so much information and/or disinformation out there on the web now that I fear the truth about what happened on that day, either by accident or design has been lost forever.

I have put together my own theories (although with many missng parts) that I will reveal if this thread takes hold, but I am interested and intrigued to know what you guys of 2009 (especially Americans) think or believe about it, if anything at all?

Conspiracy...
Look up William Cooper on youtube and in articles all over the net about JFK and JFK Jr.

They were both murdered by secret societies.

One man couldn't have done this.
There have been many reenactments that show Oswald could not have acted alone. There is also a picture of Oswald standing in front of the Book Depository building. Unless he was the Flash he could not have made it up to the window in time. He was just the scapegoat, he didn't do anything.

I knew a policeman who was on exchange with the Dallas force , he says unequivocably that the view of the force is the assassination was the work of one deranged man.He spent the best part of a year drawing out the guys who should know and found no doubt. There was no reason to believe otherwise , as always there were unexplained features but it would be suspicious if there weren't.
To quote Arthur C Clarke- a cock up or fluke is 99 times as likely as a conspiracy.

LOL

That's just what I want you all to think...

Absolutely , all the evidence points to Lee Harvey as lone shooter.Lee's history is well known for motive as he was dedicated communist and had defected to russia and then returned to US and worked publicly advocating for "fairness for castro".Lee had the motive, the opportunity when he got the job at the book repository and Kennedy decided to ride by it without protective bubble against the wishes of the secret service btw and the skills as he had learned to shoot in the marines. And of course the rifle he bought by mail was found by the window in the book repository with his finger prints and ballistics that showed it as the gun that shot Kennedy etc etc etc.But if you are going to beleive its a "conspiracy" that has somehow been kept all these years io amount of evidence will persuade you otherwise.
People may not like that it really is that simple and that one person in that position can do something all by himslef that is that monumental, but they can and history has shown that over and over.Ask Franz ferdinand lol.

It was a good movie none the less. Well, thats just my opinion.

I dont care to speculate upon this, it seems far more likely that it was a lone gunman rather than secret members of The Masons or the Illuminati or some other secret society within the government that secretly controls it, oooooooooooooooooooo (supposed to be a ghost noise but it isnt working)

The man is dead, he's been dead for a long time, let him rest in peice all this speculation is totally unnecessary. Even if it was a conspiracy, does anyone actually believe that its all going to come out now, or that there's going to be enough evidence to convict someone or some group? Some forty + years afterwards? I highly doubt it.

But by all means do what makes you happy.

I did enjoy the Oliver Stone movie though, as I have stated above.

Please tell me you honestly don't believe that? Lee Harvey Oswald is just what he said he was, a patsy. You honestly believe that the U.S. Government is above assassinating it's own president? Do you? I'm not as blind as those that think JFK was killed by one man. He had too much riding on him, both domestic and foreign, namely Vietnam, that the gov't could not allow him to live anymore. Furthermore, what happened to his brain? How did it suddenly disappear so no examinations could be performed to see what direction the bullets came from? Also, why are the records sealed for another 30 years? It's to make sure every single person who was involved is dead and can't face any charges or questions.

There's too many holes in the lone nut theory for it to be taken seriously. When JFK went to Dallas, the gov't saw the opening and they took it. He was not allowed to leave Dallas alive. And what was the single biggest thing to happen after he was killed? The Vietnam War. JFK wanted to get out of Vietnam, but the gov't wanted the war for the money, regardless of how many Americans had to die. JFK was killed by the U.S. Government plain and simple. Lee Harvey Oswald was the patsy, and when the gov't killed Kennedy, they had their scapegoat all ready for the public.

Has to be a Conspiracy, the fact that +100 witnesses all died from"mysterious circumstances" in the couple years after the shooting (something in the billions to one probability range) proves some group was covering up their tracks.
Add in
Washington DC phone system went down the moment JFK was shot.
The disappearing three "hobos" (behind the grassy knoll) & Secret Service agent who took custody from a Dallas PD officier. (One of the hobos looks exactly like E Howard Hunt!)
The "Fair Play for Cuba" that Oswald worked with was in the bldg/office as the anti Castro group.
The pristine bullet that just happens to fall out on JFK's gurney.
Faked (badly1) photo of Oswald holding rifle.
Etc. etc. etc.

There is no way that one man alone could pull that off with that piece of shit of a rifle that he had, especially at that distance.

I'm sure he had something to do with it but there was more than one shot from different directions. But this happened before I was born so who knows and I don't think we will ever find out the truth

Oh, come on!! Everyone knows that it was Lee Harvey Oswald's clone that pulled the trigger. The real Oswald was an awful shot. The clone was made by the grays with some DNA from Wild Bill Hickock and the bullet was provided by the CIA made from metal from the UFO held in Area 51. That's why it was able to hover for a split second in mid air between going from one guy to another. Not only that, the Oswald clone also wore a tinfoil hat that gave him +20 accuracy. And of course, everything was financed by the mob. Didn't you guys know that?

Oops, I forgot to take my Haldol...

i saw a documentary on google video a few moths back that explained the "magic bullet":
connally was sitting lower than kennedy, and to his left, towards the center of the car. this is because the middle bench is not a bench but merely a jumpseat. thus, the "magic bullet" is no magic bullet at all, it's just a regular bullet with a perfectly reasonable trajectory.
they also shot the same type of bullet (same batch of ammo from same manufacturer, they claimed) into a telephone pole and then dug it out, and the bullet looked almost new, with only a little lead coming out of the back... so this is normal for these bullets, as long as they don't hit bones.

it is therefore quite possible that oswald DID take the second shot (and the first one missed), but who took the third one (which seemed to have come from the front)?

we might never know for sure. i also heard of some journalist who has a video of sirhan sirhan during the RFK assassnation, and the video clearly shows mr sirhan in front of RFK the whole time... but the autopsy says he was shot in the back. and there were secret service agents behind RFK...

maybe that is why these are popular conspiracy theories, because no one has been able to prove anything at all so far. maybe one day...

Oswald wasn't the assassin, the Americans never went to the moon, and 9/11 was planned by the Australians.

Has JFK's brain ever turned up in an episode of Futurama?

Nostradamus prophesied no one would know who shot the president. Well, no one does know.

Just as I prophesy the next post will be someone saying nobody believes Nostradamus.
