iamjessfit #transformationtuesday : 21 vs 37 - okay y’all; so I normally show you pics of the last 10 years of my life when life happened and I gained weight right? Well that’s not always been the case. High school and college ya girl was called olive oyl (from Popeye the cartoon lol) among other names bc I was so skinny! I couldn’t add weight to save my life. And let’s not even discuss the nickname a guy on the b-ball team in college gave me (LiL boot boot - bc I had no booty lol 😂). I get it - it’s just as hard to gain weight for some as it for others to lose weight. I’ve always had trouble putting on MUSCLE mass. It is possible though. 1) eating more than you’re used to (and y’all I used to put away some food!) of the right things. Proteins, carbs and yes even the right fats are all your friends! 2) LIFTING HEAVY. I can not stress this enough. Heavy is a relative term. For some starting out - 10lb dumbbells are heavy; others 30 is. But what I mean is push yourself on stepping up your weights in increments. If not, your body will plateau and you will stop seeing results. 3) be patient. These things DO NOT happen over night. Slow and steady wins the day, the month, the year and the race. 1995, 12 when gangsta's paradise was #1
Whatever your goals are - they are attainable. You just have to sit down and educate yourself (like I did) or get a trainer that will help you thru the process. (SN: a trainer can give you the workouts, and tell you what to eat; but ultimately it’s on you to follow thru!) So let’s go friends! You should have started yesterday; but today is just as good! 😉 💪🏽 .

She probably already has an onlyfans. A lot of influencers including those in fitness have their main job (whether it's being a youtuber, personal trainer, ig model etc) and also have an onlyfans for additional income because the great thing about OF is it's YOUR business. You set the price and YOU decide what you want to show & post (for eg. some just show bikini pics/vids) so it's basically just instagram on steroids. And now so many women are becoming business savvy realizing that it's relatively easy money given that you could easily just snap a pic for IG and then maybe take a more risque pose or put on a bikini and snap pics for OF and boom you have content on both mediums that is bringing in revenue for you without having to even break a sweat. And many online fitness trainers like Amanda Sette aka sassysunflower, actually use the revenue they earn from OF and put it back into their main business. But I dont want to assume she has one, you'd have to ask +iamjessfit @iamjessfit herself to see if she does have one or plan to in the future. If she does, I hope you subscribe and support her. It's always when us women help and support each other.

@iamjessfit I hear you sis, sometimes I get big mad thinking about all the women (& even niggas) making easy money from it while I'm busting my ass just barely getting by but I also realize that I'm just too afraid to make that move at my age. I dont mind showing out on IG & posting bomb ass pics from time to time (I work damn hard for my physique so Imma flaunt it!) but monetizing it just isnt really in my MO. I respect the heck of out you & those boss ass women hustling and getting that bag from their own businesses, whichever way you have to, it's so much better than grinding out a 9 to 5 in a profession you dislike. It's really a beautiful thing to seeing women winning out here.

Kelsey Mac yea I’m like I could easily bring in 2-3k a month on stuff like that - but it’s NOT ME. Like you said I don’t mind posting pics on IG; bc I’ve worked hard - but I’d rather get my bag from building my business and my brand. Salute queen!! Keep grinding!
