"KU4IB2" isn't the product code, just a link to the uploaders online notepad which leads to links to normal movies. Doing a search of the code just brings up other videos the uploader has put up. An Takase doesn't seem to be the girl in the video I linked, just the first video result from the same uploader when searching the code.

Man oh man, did this take long. Had to compare a lot of videos to find the studio and then look through almost 600 of their covers to find this. But that's another thing off the back of my mind.
