Hey, not sure if this is the best place to ask, otherwise please suggest another site.

This is from a ******* movie, but the file lacks a release code, name, title or even company.. I even did some OCR and translation on Japanese symbols showing at the end, which turned out to be just some sort of copyright notice

Any idea who this girl is?
