Are we talking the Reacher and Bourne the books describe, or those variations of the movies?

I am giving my view from the view of the literature, and in that view, Jack Reacher woud win. Mind you, not hands down. But he is more of a conscious fighter, This gives him an edge over a fighter who acts from a rather programmed technique.

Jason Bourne has that move where he grabs your arm when you're trying to grab him, and he uses that arm to pull you into his punch.
