It’s called following orders. The U.S. attorney did not serve the warrants, they sought the warrants and the FBI served them. This is a gross violation of Cohen’s and Trump’s rights. Not for suspected election law violation. Mark my words, someone in the DOJ is getting fired within the next few days. Sessions, Rosenstein or maybe both.

President Trump needs to fire Rosenstein, Mueller and Jeff Sessions. Yesterday. This isn't soviet Russia where you point out a man and find a crime. The scope of the initial investigation was supposedly to find collusion or some other impropriety with the Ruskies and they've come up with an ill-advised dalliance with a washed-up pornstar who can't keep her mouth shut, despite a pretty solid NDA.

Cool. Except the fact that the Cohen raid wasn't Mueller, it was SDNY. Fire Mueller, Sessions and Rosentein. The Stormy Daniels case doesn't go away. That's whats makes this so funny
It was carried out by the U.S. Attorney For The Southern District of NY because of jurisdictional convenience and logistical issues. There was also a certain degree of judge shopping involved. Much easier than a D.C. court. And it was Mueller and it stinks of desperation because he can’t pin Russia collusion on him.
The judge that agreed to issue these warrants did so with the slightest convincing of probable cause. Expect a motion to freeze documents and evidence by Friday.
Attorney-client privilege relates to the client not the attorney. Trump has a good chance of prevailing in other hearings. If I were him, forget firing anyone and just start pardoning people. No obstruction of justice can be claimed and it is a big FU to everyone conducting this farce.

I'm not going to discuss the issue of potential campaign election violations. If they were breached, then the Department of Justice needs to act. Attorney General Jeff Sessions needs to bring charges. Honestly, I doubt that that will happen as President Trump will fire him should that occur.
What attorney/client privilege? Michael Cohen acted on his own volition. He never discussed the payment with Donald Trump. Donald Trump also had no idea that Cohen paid Stormy Daniels $130,000.00 out of an LLC that Cohen himself created. Trump had no idea that an LLC even existed.
But it was really for taxis. The New York State Department of Taxation and Finance wants approximately $53+ K for four taxi companies that Cohen owns as a side business. Related to a surcharge that New York State collects.

Again, this is a gross violation of attorney- client privilege. In fact, by this rationale, anyone’s attorney could be raided. People generally retain legal counsel when a crime has been committed or have to deal with a civil matter.
