I'm guessing that the attachments are generally used to store other items like alcohol or food. Someone probably thought it would be funny to put a baby in there and take a picture. I really hope nobody would be stupid enough to close the lid and drive around with the baby inside. Anyone caught doing that should be shot on sight.
