As a foreign national in this country (german) it amazes me how screamish a lot of people are about sex in the way like films on tele or reading or looking at books.
The whole prospective on prostetudes are weared as well.
In our country they are classed as a trade, have allocated area there they can do there business and gets regulary check by the health authority and health passes issued.
Also the magazines are openly displayed in Newspaper kioks and shops and nobody gives a monkey about it.
Sex bars and cinemas also shops are treated quite normal, maybe that's why sex related crime is lower as it is here!
