Is there a Secret Blacklist that I'm not aware of?

I don't know if I'm just paranoid or unpopular with the other posters but besides being ****** are certain members put on an active ignore list and is that list sent to every active member? Sometimes my posts and my questions are ignored and/or I get a lot of **** speech thrown at me and it's making me paranoid.
