is there a downside to being a lesbian?

it seems so great, no pregnancy, very little chance of spreading diseases with their partner, sex that lasts for hours with multiple orgasms. it seems like win win win.
can anybody think of a downside to being a lesbian?

I'd say having to look out for all of the homophobes and the stereotypes of society is a pretty big downside. It's hard enough to be a woman (being looked down upon by a lot of men). But lesbians are looked down upon by both men and women.

I'm not defending the way that society is and I wish this wasn't the case, but I would think it's pretty tough to be a lesbian (at least here in the US).

Bitches be crazy?

(That's what I've heard from several of my lesbian friends, anyway.

Yes, it is wrong.

Also, you tease your fans and never have a b/g scene.
It's time to weed them out of "porn."

Every "real" lesbian I know, and by real I mean not just some girl who gets drunk and fools around with her friends, is a miserable bitch.

This is because women need to be filled to be happy and plastic will not do the trick. They need man flesh. This sounds like a massive downside to me.

That's science, you can't beat science...

What he said ^^

I could never be a lesbian because bitches are crazy, I have enough hormones for the whole relationship no need to double it.. I can't hang out with my girlfriends for to long before I end up highly annoyed and ready to strangle someone.. I'll stick with my men :D

Plus two periods a month to deal with?! No way!

Yes, there is: you don't get to experience the gunslingingbird.

I've heard that if multiple women cohabitate their periods sync up after a while. :dunno:

Try San Francisco. Sometimes it's scary just walking from the train to work.
