Is smutty legal to access?

Can someone tell me if smutty.com is a legal website? I found it through a link on reddit and there are a lot of good pictures but a couple seemed questionable, so I wanted to check if it was legal before using it.

It looks like basically all they're doing is grabbing free content from around the web and posting it on their site. Some of my photos are even on there, but they couldn't be bothered to update it with any of my new material? Bastards!

I also recognized a few of the photos from some of the sellers and posters on reddit. Hopefully they are just taken from their public posts, and not stolen paid content. That's the big questionable aspect to me, is how much of the content they are posting is legit, legal, not stolen, not of anyone underage (as it stands, it doesn't appear that they actually ask any of the models for permission to post their content, so they have no way of knowing), or whatever.

I'd say use caution.

You got that right. I've gone cross-eyed just scrolling down part of the front page. More like shitty.com
