Hi guys, I interviewd Petra She is the administrator of the forum and freeones page in english. Wanna know more... here you have
1) How did you start working for freeones?
In a completely mundane way actually. I moved to the Netherlands in 2005 and when I was legal to start working either I was overqualified for some jobs, my degree (in criminal justice) didn't fit their requirements, or I didn't speak enough Dutch. One day I was looking through a site for expats and found an ad for an office job where strong English was required among a few requirements I fit. I was hired that day and the rest is history.
2) What do you do specifically in freeones?
I have a lot of things that I do here, like make sure our board and blog are running smoothly. But I also make sure all of the English you see on FreeOnes is correct, work on getting the international sites translated, do contests, get porn stars interacting with FreeOnes, etc. Really, the list is too long these days.
3) When did you start interesting in porn?
Oh geeze, probably when I was around 17. But it wasn't the normal, mainstream porn. I was highly interested in BDSM.
4) Have you ever met any pornstar or member of the forum?
Aside from the FreeOnes Team Members, nope.
5) What is the craziest, stupidest or amazing thing you have seen while working for freeones?
It doesn't matter where you work, McDonalds management, juvenile detention centers, or for FreeOnes, you see stupidly amazing things. I think the current front runner in that is the guy who mailed me his complete credit card details the other day. Luckly, we're not Nigerian scammers.
6) Why do you think freeones is so important in porn community? There are other porn forums, however freeones is #1, even pornstars have shirts with the logo
I think it's pretty simple really, we have a huge data base and it's always evolving and adding new features and ways of doing things.The industry looks to our monthly top 20 to look for trends and surfers like us because we're not just a TGP site that makes you jump through hoops to see a specific gallery. What you see is what you get and when we say it's free, it's really free.
7) where are you now? where are u from?
I live in the Netherlands but I was born and raised in Washington State. I lived in Florida for about 5 years before moving over here.
8) Considering porn moves huge amounts of money, would you ever consider to be a porn producer, director or actress (hope you don?t hit me vrtually or delete my profile for this, lol)
There was a time when a few friends of mine in the BDSM community and I had thought about doing something with a bondage site since there wasn't a lot out there. However, I know that I don't want to be on film nor do I really want to produce it. I wouldn't mind doing some glamor type photography though. There's some out there that's more art than porn that I really admire.
9) This may be important.. u prefer guys, girls, both?
I love looking at a pretty woman and I've had some experiences with them, but ultimately I prefer guys. Us females are just too catty!

11) Do you tell your family you work for an adult industry company? how do they take it?
Everyone knows what I do, except for my grandmother. I don't think my dad has an opinion and my mother hates it and refuses to talk about my job at all except for the fact I have a job. My fiance's family of course has the european view about sex and nudity. It's a legal job so why not? And of course my friends view it as the coolest job ever, especially my male friends.
12)Are there many girls working for freeones? or do you know about other sites wirh girls?
I'm the only female that actively works on FreeOnes, though we do have a few that work remotely for us. And there are a lot of sites with girls working for them. A lot of girls with their own official sites do everything themselves or most of everything and then there's some that work behind the scenes doing administrative work. So we're out there, really!
13) Do you beleive there are more pornstars these days than when you started? fi so, do you beleive there may be an explanation?
When I started we had about 8,000 girls in our data base and now we have well over 12,000 and we're adding new ones every day. I'm not sure if it's that there are more girls doing porn or if it's that they're actually picking stage names that set them out from the crowd and get them noticed.
14) Do you watch porn in a recreational way?
Not really. I get enough of it during the day that I'm not interested unless it's some sort of interesting bondage flick. Though I am waiting patiently to get my hands on Pirates 2!
