I disapprove of the job he has done. I feel he tried to compromise with the GOP too much. I feel he didn't guide House and Senate Dems enough on policies.

However, the Dems and Obama have my votes now and in the foreseeable future. What other choice is there, really? Sarah Palin? Newt Gingrich? HAHAHAHAHA!!!

My life still sucks. But that's mostly my own fault. I just want to see the economy get back on it's feet. Where the hell is all the money? It's not like every road in this country doesn't need to be replaced.

Negatives mean balance left to be spent. IOW, has been allocated but as yet not spent.

Nothing in this has to be paid back. It is supposed to be an "investment".

Practically..they way the money has been managed it's better than many of the circumstances in which money has been spent by the g'ment.

This leaves allot of room to cancel some spending if it's not needed..thereby causing the policy to possibly come in under budget (for a "change").

Therefore about 40 pct. of what's been allocated hasn't been spent (yet)...roughly the amount that shows negative. Negative means it's so far under budget. A positive number in that category would mean over budget.

Without going into too much detail

I would just like to say that he has been put into a political **** storm.
2 wars (afghanistan and iraq) and the failing economy. I think given what he came into office against, he has done well. Some may agree and others may not, but give the man some credit. Look at what he is in the middle of when he took office.
